What we do with your data

What we receive
From Telegram — your numeric ID, your name and, where available, your username and language code. We additionally store your activity in the bot and the photos you send. Your messages themselves go into a technical journal for a few days: it exists so that nothing from you is lost if something fails.
Why
Printing the photo — on your consent. Counting prints per guest — our legitimate interest. Instagram posting and the newsletter — separate consents, each of which you may decline.
Where it is stored
On Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure. Photo storage is configured in the European Union jurisdiction — files do not leave the EU.
Who sees it
The processed photo is shown to staff in an internal chat, which is necessary in order to print it. We do not sell or share data with third parties.
Retention
Photos are kept for 365 days from submission, then deleted automatically. The technical message journal — 7 days. Your activity history is kept until you delete your data.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, plus withdrawal of any consent. The fastest route is inside the bot: “🔒 My data” → “🗑 Delete my data”. That erases the photos, the print history, the consents and the technical journal. Alternatively write to hello@kebabushka.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. You may lodge a complaint with NAIH (naih.hu).
Is it mandatory
No. The menu, address and opening hours work without any consent. Only the printing itself requires consent to process your photo.
